Pico de Gallo
Succulent salsa that goes with way more than just chips

This Pico de Gallo is the perfect addition to lots of different meals. I personally love this with my beans and rice recipe, as it elevates the dish to a whole new level. This salsa is easy to make, so little ones can help out!
Ingredientes:
4 plums tomatoes, diced
1/2 of a medium onion, diced
1/4 of a green bell pepper, diced
1/4 of a red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped
Orégano to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation:
1. Place all the diced vegetables in a large bowl, mix well.
2. Add the minced garlic, and chopped cilantro
3. Season with oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
Enjoy with chips or crackers, over rice, over beans, with any other protein of your choice.
